    Shipping Rates & Delivery Time Estimates :

    Shipping rates (Shipping Cost and Time )are based on Shipment Weight and Destination,Shipping Methods.  You are responsible for any taxes or duties at delivery, these are not included in the shipping rate charged on our site.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout 





    Please note: The Shipping time is not the Total Delivery time.

    Order tracking:

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Wrong Address:

    Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

    Change Of Address:
    If your item hasn't yet been shipped, you may change your delivery address by emailing customer support at sales@Azupet.com. Please note that we are not obligated to ensure changes to the delivery address after the item has been delivered.
